Using Front Porch
Front Porch is operated by Pipedream Ventures LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Automated guide
June is an automated guide used by participating real-estate teams. Her responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided to collect context for human follow-up. Do not rely on them as legal, tax, financial, lending, inspection, appraisal, or real-estate advice.
Agent relationship
Front Porch is a software and lead-introduction service. It is not a real-estate brokerage and does not create an agency, fiduciary, listing, buyer-representation, or other professional relationship. Any such relationship must be established separately with the participating licensed professional.
Contact permission
When you send your contact details, or when you text a Front Porch number first, you ask the participating agent or team to follow up about your request by call, text, or email. Text messages may include an opt-in confirmation, requested real-estate guidance or checklist, conversational questions, and follow-up from the participating agent or team. You receive 2–8 messages per request, depending on your replies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future texts. Reply HELP for help, or email seth@pipedream.ventures. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy explains how we handle mobile information and messaging consent.
Fair housing
Front Porch and participating professionals must be used in compliance with fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws. Do not use the service to request or make decisions based on protected characteristics.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee property availability, value, sale timing, financing, agent response time, transaction outcome, or uninterrupted service. Information and services are provided as available to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to seth@pipedream.ventures.
