Who we are

Front Porch is operated by Pipedream Ventures LLC. We provide real-estate teams with conversational lead pages and follow-up tools.

Information we collect

• Details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, current home address, location, timing, real-estate goals, and conversation messages.
• Attribution and device data, such as the page visited, referral source, campaign parameters, Meta click identifiers, IP address, browser, and time of submission.
• Operational data about delivery, follow-up status, and system performance.

How we use information

• Respond to your request and connect you with the participating real-estate agent or team.
• Send the checklist or follow-up you requested.
• Measure lead quality, prevent duplicate submissions, secure the service, and improve the experience.
• Measure advertising performance. When configured, qualified-lead events may be sent to advertising platforms with a matching event ID and hashed contact data.

How information is shared

We share lead information with the participating agent or team and with service providers that support hosting, data storage, AI responses, email, SMS delivery, CRM delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and operations. They may use the information only to provide those services or as their own terms and law permit.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share the minimum information needed with the participating agent or team you asked to contact you and messaging providers solely to deliver and respond to your requested conversation.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may treat advertising measurement or optimization as a sale or sharing of personal information. You can ask us to stop using your information for that purpose.

Analytics and advertising

Front Porch uses session replay to review the visitor experience. Recordings may show conversation text and information entered in the chat. Front Porch may also use Google and Meta tools to understand visits and completed lead handoffs. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar identifiers under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We keep lead and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, measurement, legal obligations, and security. We use access controls and reputable service providers, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your information, or opt out of advertising-related sharing. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. If you text a Front Porch number, that first message is your request for a reply about this move. You receive 2–8 messages per request, depending on your replies. Message and data rates may apply.
