Apartment fire

Stephan and Stephanie Lavender (husband and 4 year old daughter of Ava Otey) died Thursday morning in a house fire down the street. We are so saddened and devastated for this precious family, whom we have known for nearly 8 years.

Ava and her daughters Tim’nisha, Aveyonna and Moniquea (who is trying to get leave from the military to come home and be with her family) have not only lost their loved ones, also lost everything they own in the fire. Family and close friends are already providing for their basic food and clothing needs but funeral costs for her two loved ones and expenses are going to be overwhelming for this family.
